New Clients

Yes! I am currently accepting new clients and am able to meet with clients quickly and without long wait times. You can book in for a free 20-minute consultation to ask any questions you may have and/or see if we are a good fit using the following link:

Referrals

Occasionally we may start working together and find that we just aren’t a fit, or that you might significantly benefit from a service that I don’ t offer.

It’s not you, it’s me, and that’s okay.

If I am not the right fit for you, I would be happy to provide you with referral options to help connect you to another therapist or resource who may be a fit and able to best assist you.

Costs & Benefits

Individual Therapy $235/50 minute session
Couples Therapy $352.50/90 minute session

I do not offer direct billing at this time; however, most insurance plans that provide benefits for mental health benefits cover my work as a registered psychologist.

A credit card must be uploaded to your Jane account in order to book sessions, but you are free to choose to pay via e-transfer or cash instead. You will be provided a receipt immediately upon paying for the session, which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if applicable.

Cancellations

A late cancellation (within 24 hours) or missed session takes away a spot that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Clients who provide less that 24 hours’ notice (without illness or inclement weather), or miss their appointment, will be charged for the session at the full hourly rate.

Frequency & Scheduling

The amount of sessions needed and how often we meet can vary from client to client. I meet with most of my clients on a bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks) basis to start, as this provides enough time to have life experiences and try and apply some of the things we discuss in session. I am happy to adjust the frequency and timing of sessions in order to meet whatever is best for you.
